When logging into the Control panel, you will be presented with a list of all trials and subscriptions (canceled as well as active) that exist for the account.
Clicking the trial or subscription’s name, or the “view” button will open its engine list.
For trials, you may also access the payment screen directly using the Add Payment Method button.
Above the account list, click the box labeled “subscriptions” at the top of the page to open the search function. The button to open the search option also functions as a path for navigation. As you navigate through the control panel, it will helpfully show where you are within the account.
In the search box, type the name of an Engine, Delivery Address, or Origin that you are looking for.
Once a search has been made, any matching results and their nature (engine, subscription, Origin) will be displayed.
Clicking one of the results will bring you to the relevant overview page for the entry selected. You can narrow the results before or after the search to only show subscriptions, engines, or origins.
Once you open a trial or subscription, a table titled “Engines for [account name]” displays all Engines currently in place.
An "Engine" is the pairing of an Image Origin and a Delivery Address. This is the essential pairing that allows for you to pass image requests to ImageEngine
On the “Engines for [account name]” table, from left to right, displayed are the Delivery Address, the ImageEngine address, and the name of the Origin currently in use for the engine.
Clicking the “Edit” button in the table row will allow you to change the Origin for the selected Origin as well as some other Engine options. Click “View Details” to view the Engine’s overview page, allowing access to the Cache Purge interface, the Analytics for the Engine, and access to the Engine’s Customizable Delivery Settings
Please see the “Engines” article for more information about creating and managing Engines.
Customize Image Delivery
Usually, it is recommended to let ImageEngine make all the decisions on how to best optimize an image. ImageEngine’s advanced algorithms for choosing the best optimization strategy give much better results over time.
However, there are many valid scenarios where the only option is to adjust the default behavior of ImageEngine. This is done through custom settings, applied to specific paths.
To customize an Engine’s behavior, click the “Settings” button while you are viewing the overview page of an Engine:
or, select “Settings” from the sidebar while on one of the Engine’s subpages:
For information on usage, please see our article on Customizing Engine Image delivery
An Engine’s cache purge interface can be accessed from the control panel’s left-hand menu while an Engine is selected
Or by clicking the Purge Cache option on an engine’s overview:
